Established in 2005 as Nuccii Inc., then rebranded and registered in 2019, Grateful-Heart LLC is a minority woman-owned small business operating as a Residential and Commercial Construction and Real Estate Development Company. Grateful-Heart LLC buys and remodels homes in underserved, disadvantaged neighborhoods and communities. When we remodel these houses, we beautify these neighborhoods and do our best to ensure they are affordable to members of these communities. We are committed to hiring workers from these communities, thereby providing residents with avenues of income.

We create a pipeline for individuals who have not achieved either secondary or post-secondary education. We find those who can participate in trades and provide them with training and opportunities to make a living. As a result, community members are encouraged to conceive dreams and aspirations while being provided with tools and opportunities to achieve transformational life goals.
